City Development Event
In Kingshot, a special event called City Development takes place over two days.
This event occurs several times during the initial weeks after a new state is formed.
Participants can accumulate points by either speeding up their progress or enhancing their governor's equipment.
The goal is to guide the community and create a thriving new settlement.
